This is a semi documented problem, I've seen it on HF1 but most people seem
to have found it on HF2, some tweaks which may reduce the number of dropped
mails are to set the sender field as * instead of just blank, also to set
smartdefence not to add a recieved header. There's rumour that this problem
may have been fixed in HFA308 but I haven't heard anything back on that yet.
The solution that a lot of people have gone for (including myself) is simply
to avoid using the smtp security server and use a real mail server. This
topic has been popping up on both this list and the phoneboy list for
several months now and there has been no public response from checkpoint.
