Lancer,

There is an NG FP2 Security Server hotfix.  I can't quite remember now, but
I think we had similar issues until applying that.  You may need to source
the hotfix from your reseller.  Alternatively I'd image the fix is included
as part of FP3.

Every so often the firewall sends a 550 Mailbox unavailable response on
inbound mail and logs it as content security - access denied. If the user
resends it will work. This started after we upgraded from 4.1 SP5.

Using a Sniffer I found this occurs when the firewall waits about a minute
after the connection is opened before sending it's 220 message. If firewall
responds quickly the process succeeds.

firewall: 250 hello

firewall: 250 ok

firewall: 550 mailbox unavailable
