Hi,
I have recently upgraded from FP1 to FP3 and have a problem with the policy
server module on IPSO 3.6. The dtps demon dies on the firewall module and the
status changes from down to disconnected (unsurprisingly) when new secureclient
users connected to the firewall module and attempts to download the desktop
security policy. Existing users are okay because they already have the policy
downloaded. The error message within the dtpsd.elg file is:

DTFtpServer - Failed to init dtftp, exiting!!!
CFileCounter::InitFileCounter: Failed to read counter from file /opt/CPfw1-50-0
3/log/dtls_temp/counter
CFileCounter::InitFileCounter: Failed to read attribute from file /opt/CPfw1-50
-03/log/dtls_temp/counter
psd_cmain: EnableUserMonitoring is false or does not exists in database.
