Hi,
1 : the vrrp packets are sent on every vrrp'ed interface
2 : for the checkpoint synchronization, if you can use a dedicated
interface and network (or cross-cable),
it's better, but you can synchronize on a network (beware not to
synchronise two pairs
on the same subnet ..).

Subject: [FW-1] vrrp sync port
Hi,
I have plan to deploy VRRP for 2 Nokia IP 440 with CP-NG FP3. Is it true
that I have to use dedicated ethernet-port for Nokia synchrounization ?
If it's true, Can I use cross-cable to connect them ?
Thank's
