I have a few suggestions:
(1) Make sure the firewall module can ping the users.
(2) See if telnet to the firewall on port 259 works.
(3) Turn on logging on implicit rules.

Subject: [FW-1] Client Auth issues
Here's the situation:
FP3 with all the latest trimmings
Client Auth
AOL users
Client Auth works just wonderfully without any problems, except for
AOL
users, no real log data, just fails. Anyone seen this ever?
