Vic,
Do a cplic print from the command prompt, do you see a license like
CPVP-VSC-xxx-NG ??? If not you are at least missing the SecureClient
license and yes this should be purchased separately, only the SecuRemote
license is free.

Subject: [FW-1] error msg "cannot find secureclient user license"
Keep getting this in the log view:
"PS:Cannot find secureclient user license - no license present, or desktop
security was not installed"
If I look at my licenses tab, I do have an entry for my main license, and
below are icons (for what I presume) I'm licensed for. One of those is
Desktop Security, (another is VPN, etc).
Also, I have a tab across my Dashboard view for Desktop Security, I have
rules defined. I can install the policy, and checkbox the Desktop Security
Policy and it installs with no problem.
What do I need to do to fix the above error message?
Thanx,
Vic
