Do you see any errors in the (ahem) smartview tracker, was your 4.1 SP6
to Netscreen an IKE VPN??.
Wild stab in the dark, v4.1 DH Key was unconfigurable, but in NG it is,
if the default DH Key in NG differs from the one you had set in 4.1 SP6,
there you go.
But you need to troubleshoot this a little, and look at or provide the
list with a little debugging information, or its impossible to say, with
any certainty, the cause of the problem.
BTW is you HW an IP350 or 380 ?? as FP3 and IPSO 3.5 doesn't sound the
best combo
