One of my clients has several of the 1100 series.  One of them had a
hardware failure, but was replaced promptly by Intrusion under the
first year service plan.  Once we were able to disable the
"SmallOffice" configuration web browser and treat them like a real
enforcement point, they worked fine.  Overall impression is that they
are fine for small offices.  No experience with the higher-end models.
