We had the same problem.
Basically had to blow away and recreate the internal ca on the firewall.

I can't remember if this was the solution for your problem, but try deleting
the management object and recreating it.

selecting the primary mgmt server(which is the current NG FP3 upgraded Mgmt

"Unable to connect Certificate Authority on the Mgmt Stn. Pls. make sure the
Certificate Authority daemon is running."
and when trying to edit, modify, delete or save any instance on the NG FP3
Smartdashboard, it has an error....
" The changes could not be saved. Pls. make sure all FW-1 services are up
and running. For more info. use the SmartView Status Application"
However, looking on the SmartView Status....seems everything is fine.
Please let me know if you already had this problem.
