[FW-1] FTP session closed by remote host

Hi all,

I am getting the dreaded error of errors.  Inside of the same subnet as the
ftp server, everything "gets" just fine.  It's when you try from a different
subnet that out of the blue the connection will close.  Obviously,  this
problem is arising from users on the outside.  I've think I've seen every
thread on this subject that I can.  Maybe someone has figured something out
that no one else has?
