Hi,
They have an internal disk, but you can install the log module [will receive
CP log's in proprietary format rather than syslog] on a separate PC/Server
as needed [extra cost]. Also you may want to look at the Rapidstream box's
as an alternative to the Nokia, better design and performance.
Also it is actually recommended to split the management module and firewall
module for performance; cost can prohibit this though.

We're looking for a new firewall, and the ip330 seems to be the ideal
hardware for our need.
But a question remains unresponsed, that is: has the ip330 a built-in
hard-drive in order to stock the checkpoint log's or do we have to get an
other server running a syslog server. We want to put both management and
module software on the same ip330.
