Could I have your advice..,

I am moving to NG secureplatform on new hardware and am changing 8x
internal 100MB(+-30MB's) interfaces to 1 giga 801.1q virtual interface.

1.) What sort of traffic loads could be pushed though a single gigabit
801.1q interface?

2.) In a second question, on a dual cpu secureplatform does the
performance pack enable "multi-threading" or not?

3.) Does the performance pack increase the maximum traffic throughput
for a firewall running
just normal traffic (not security servers or VPNs)?

4.) I want to use rainfinity as the HA but it doesn't support the
performancepack in active-active only active-hot.
Should I loose the peformancepack with its overheads(much?) as
active-active or keep the peformancepack and go active-hot?

Some responses would be great!

Thanks
Eric
