Sorry guys, what is SPLAT? I've seen it mentioned a few times but have

Has anyone see SPLAT with AI just dies from a disk partition error. Ran
fsck manually, now machine just spins up the disks and sits, every once in
a while it will reboot itself. This is on brand-new hardware and the
install is three weeks old. Any thoughts?
