Hi All,
I am wondering if anyone has experimented/written something in the past
to overcome having FireWall-1 installed on a gateway terminating xDSL
that gets a new dynamic IP every few days from the ISP.
Unfortunately we don't have a SmartCenter so I can't use 'Dynamic
Address' to authenticate to the SmartCenter, so I am left with a
standalone VIG, that changes its external IP 2 or 3 times a week.
Has anyone written a script or something similar than can do a
interface-topology get/mod the firewall object and restart fw-1 to run
with the new IP?
