[FW-1] How to provide decent QoS for shoutcast streams?

Hi,

I was wondering which approach should I choose for providing decent
quality of shoutcast streams ?

a) Use low latency queuing? But how do i calculate the bandwidth? Some
streams
    are just 24kbit/s, some 64, 96, 128 ...

b) Maybe use a HTTP resource to guarantee, some bandwidth, now, how much?

c) Maybe just a QoS rule for shoutcast ports, generally 8000-8060

d) What about shoutcasts that go no port 80?
