We have an IP530 running Checkpoint NT/FP4. It has about 8 site-to-site vPN
connections. It connects to several other countries running Nokia IP120 and 350
boxes. For some reason, every one of these countries can send files to US at
around 150k (1.5 Cable connections). When we try SEND files to any of these
countries we can only send at around 50k. Has anyone ever seen this? The cable
connections are not capped so this is very strange. Any help is appreciated.
