Hello Edouard,
your are completely right. The upgrade.csh, that you are looking for,
is mirgrating the "old" 4.x files into the new NG FPx format. You had
been able to choose for the output between FP1, FP2 FP3. The upgrade
export and upgrade import utilities are just doing the same job.
have a try

utilities.html#upgrade_ngfp3 <<<
Regards
Ulli
But in the next address
http://www.checkpoint.com/ngupgrade/downloads/upgrade_mgmt_srvr.pdf
you can
see that checkpoint say the next:
3.7. Activate the Upgrade Script on the duplicate machine:
For UNIX platforms:
upgrade.csh<upgrade_script_directory> FP3
upgrade_script_directory is the path of the upgrade script, created
after decompressing the script file.
So, the question is where i can find the file upgrade.csh ? I have
thought
that it is in the file upgrade.4.3.tgz, doesn't it ?
