Hi all,
I'm testing a firewall cluster on SecurePlatform with ClusterXL and using
"High Availability, New Mode" (IP address take-over). I have tried different
OS on the LAN including Windows Server, Solaris, AIX, Cisco IOS, Extremeware
and they act correctly to the gratuitous arps; updating there arp table.
However, when I use Debian GNU/Linux (woody) I have problem. It won't update
its arp table when the SecurePlatform cluster sends its gratuitous arp.
Anyone knows how to configure Debian GNU/Linux to "listen" to gratuitous
arps?
Sorry for slightly OT, but Debian listserver is down.
Please include my email in your reply (I subscribe to the Digest version).
TIA,
Per Lindqvist
