seems like ur firewall Memeory is completely
utilized..try follwoing ..just keep mgmt server and
the firewall on the separate network and check if ur
getting the same error ..I am sure ur struck by the
virus attack...in my case culpit was slammer(though
firewall was different but OS flavor was same )
...please check ur internal network if it is struck by
any virus ...also check ur internet leg if ur getting
any packets on 137 , 139,1464,1433 ports...
