Yep, that was it. I did get it from Nokia, so my combination of keywordss
was obviously incorrect. Glad you got it working, although it seems a bit
limited. I'd like it to tell me the SCV status of people, not just NA and
I'd like it to be real-time. Many times I've seen people logged in but User
Monitor doesn't show it until later.

Hi, and thanks for the answer Ray.
- It helped me find the solution:

When I search for "user monitor" on the Nokia support site I only get 3
resolution. None of them has anything to do with my problem.
I've also searched the checkpoint knowledgebase for "user monitor" -
Nothing!

Of all places I finally found the solution in the Release notes for FR2!

Use dbedit to set:

EnableUserMonitoring = True
