Do you have a hot-fix-accumulator installed?
We had a similar problem and had been told to install the HFA 3.12!

Hi All,
Last Monday we had a trouble with 4 FW-1 NG FP3 firewalls running on Nokia
IPSO 3.6 fcs6. All of our corporate networks stopped responding and then,
when I checked the firewalls, all of then where freezed. I went to the
management console and tried to install the policies, but it gave me the
message that it had a SIC problem on all the firewalls. I did a sic reset,
and then I saw the following message for all the firewalls at the tracker:

Condition: Status connection is not connected

Does anybody know what happened?
We have to have a diagnostic of the errors, but I didn't find about the
error on the internet.
