I asked about it before but I have some problems with this soft.
If you don't mind I ask again. Does anyboody use this soft at all?
There are the questions:
1. I noticed that there is no possible to report logs before time when I
installed Smartview Reporter. I have meny old logs which I'd like to report.
2. Is it possible that consolidation process of one log lasts a few days. It is
very long and I don't know why. My firewall machine is 2 processor P3 1400 MHz
with 1 GB RAM and avarage utilization is about 25% of processor power and 360
MB RAM. I know that size of log is not small but time is too long.
3. Is it possible to change language of reports? I'd like to change titles of
graphs and tables.
4. If it possible can you point me some links or samples of consolidation rules
for corporate. Mainle I would like to report user activity on http, https and
ftp protocols. My corporate users access to the internet with Client
Authentication - partialy automatic (proxy connection cofigured in web browsers
to firewall machine).track is set to Account. There are also some users with
direct access to internet without authentication, action is set to accept and
track is Account.
5. I have Account Management licence and all of my users are authenticated by
OS password aznd are imported from LDAP server (MS Active Directory). How to
filter this imported users in reports. I can only choose users created in
Smartdashboard.
I will be very gratful for some help with this Reporting software.
