Increase the following parameters by a factor of 1.5:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\FW1\Parameters\PacketPoolSize
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\FW1\Parameters\BufferPoolSize
