Yes they can. After the user types their password in SecureClient, have
them click view before OK. They can change it there.

Does anyone know if a user can change the password that is tied to

Certificate for a SecureClient VPN connection?
We're running NG with Application Intelligence, Feature Pack 4, and
issuing
our own Certificates.
I haven't found a way to do this.
