By management interface, I'm assuming you mean the interface used for
state synchronisation, yes?
If so, you can have more that one, but I haven't yet seen the point of
doing so.  Unless you flag the sync interfaces as non-critical (can look
up how to do this if you need help), if one goes down, that box takes
itself out of the cluster.  Thus, no extra redundancy with two (or more)
interfaces.
Adding the extra interface is as simple as defining extras in the cluster
object's "Synchronization" tab.
