Has anybody got any ideas on the following problem with SiteManager-1 NG
FP3 running on Solaris 8:
The issue is concerning Customer-less CMAs - I first removed the
Customer but it didn't remove the CMA automatically. So, now I have a
CMA listed in the GUI, complete with name and IP address, that I cannot
remove. Since then I have removed the CMA first, followed by the
Customer!
I cannot run 'mdscmd deletecma <customerName> <-n cma_name | -i IP > [-m
mds -u user -p password]', as there isn't a customer that it is attached
to.
I have tried to remove the directory structure via the CLI but that
didn't clear up the GUI. I've done a cpstop;cpstart and even rebooted,
to no avail.
However, I can add a new Customer entry, then add a new CMA with the
same name as the old CMA, but using a different IP address associated.
If I try to start the CMA it reports the following error: 'Cannot run
primary CMA because it has a Mirror CMA license.' - We only have one
SM-1 and one Container, in one box!
According, to the GUI, the CMA doesn't have a license attached.
Guys/Gals, I'm lost at this stage, so any help would be appreciated.
