I can confirm that R55 is supported on IPSO 3.7.1
I have spoken to a Nokia engineer today and he confirmed that it has been
fully tested and is now shown in their support matrix. See here -
https://support.nokia.com/register/productsSupported.jsp about half way down
the page in the Checkpoint/IPSO section.
The latest release notes on the Checkpoint site for R55 were last updated on
December 23rd 2003 and may not yet refelct the support of IPSO 3.7.1.

supported on 3.7
