Hi, all,
I have a question on QOS of VOIP: some documents said that end-to-end
delay should be less than 150 ms for comfortable conversation, yet another rule
is round-trip delay must be less than 50 ms to avoid echo. It seem the first
rule is useless as we will accomplish to the QOS for the second rule, is that
right?

Thanks,
Charles
