There are a number of issues resolved according the Release notes. Some will be
specific to certain implementations; others are generic i.e. allowing Windows
file sharing through the firewall, etc. There are also a number of Security
Servers fixes.
My opinion is usually, "if it ain't broken, don't fix it" but with the state of
security these days, it's better to be proactive.
Best advice: lab it, if nothing breaks then do the upgrade.
