I upgraded one of my enforcement points from R54 to R55 and it can no
longer negotiate an IKE VPN with an Efficient SpeedStream ADSL router.
All of my enforcement modules are in the same VPN Community and all work
except this one. This module also worked prior to going to R55. The
problem I am getting is "peer not responding" in the firewall logs and
on the ADSL side I am getting "no proposal chosen" even though 5 other
firewalls are using the same community. The strange part about it is
that the Efficient ADSL router can negotiate the VPN and send traffic
(specifically ping) but from behind the R55 box I can't initiate any
traffic.
