Maybe they don't do the bootable image thing anymore because of all the
problems with the SPLAT upgrade installation script when R54 first came out on
ISO. If you have to request a CD, it gives them time to make sure it's fully
functional by the time it gets to you.

In R55 the ISO booteable image does not exist anymore...they want that you
purchase the CD, or if you are reseller can get a copy free (only one time)
via DHL, FEDEX...etc

I assume you have an usercenter account.
Log in, go to downloads , select software subscription downloads and order
an upgrade pack. This CD contains Software for NT 2000, and amongst other it
has a bootable Secure Platform Version on it. Some time ago there were ISO
images available for download; I could not find them now.
