Reboot the machine with a Linux 1st installation disk.
At the boot prompt, type "linux rescue" and press "Enter".
Go through the default installation choices.
At the "bash" prompt, type "chroot /mnt/sysimage/" and then press
"Enter"
To change the expert password type "expert_passwd" and press "Enter"
this will let you change the expert password.
Reboot the machine and that's all
