Hi,
I´m installing a NG AI Management on a Solaris 8 machine. I have defined
on the /etc/resolv.con an entry "Domain enterprise.blabla"
but when the installation process initilizate the CA it says that the
hostname is "hostname" without the "enterprise.blabla" entry
defined on the resolv.conf
I have found on the past problems with VPN when i don´t have a "true"
FQDN name. I also know that in NG every object is signed
by the "CA" and it would be difficult to modify the CA name once it´s
installed.
Where does the installation process check the hostname to get the CA
name¿? .
I have installed on Windows Machines many management servers, and it just
look for DNS suffix and the %hostname%.
How should I solve this on solaris 8?.
