[FW-1] Error: Failed to execute "C:\Program Files\CheckPoint\SmartViewReporter\NG\bin\SmartViewReporterUpgrade" FP3 FP3 command

Hi,

Have any of you used the "upgrade_import" utility tool?

If the SmartView reporter is installled on the CPNG FP3, running the 
"upgrade_import" utility to import the rulebase policy will fail with the 
following error (upgrade_export has no error). Any one has encountered this 
problem and has got a solution. If we would to un-install the Smartview 
Reporter, the "upgrade_import" utility has no problem executing.

ERROR:

"Decompress the production machine's exported file...
Importing the files to the local machine...
Error: Failed to execute "C:\Program Files\CheckPoint\SmartViewReporter\NG\bin\
SmartViewReporterUpgrade" FP3 FP3 command

Error: upgrade_import failed!!"

System config:
