[FW-1] GUI NG FP3 display problem for important rules base :

Hello 

I have hit a display problem with GUI NG FP3 locally at the management station, 
display of the rules base for more than 130 rules are not readable, incomplete 
and some rule appear duplicate of above one ... 

The problem is only when we use a local GUI to the management station.
