This appears to be a common question on the mailing list. The answer seems
to be rather consistent though. It's the Import/Export utility. If your
not familiar with it, look on the CP site. It comes with a complete
package download (and probably separately if you can find it).
It's an easy utility and can give you complete recovery should you need to
do a rebuild from scratch.

If I copy only the CONF folder is that enough ?
