Collision can happen when the tcp ip connection between the 2 management
servers is down,
And an administrator connects the gui to the secondary management, and
promotes it to active mode.
Then the tcp ip connection somehow returns and the 2 management servers are
now active , and can see that the other member is also active,
Thus u will c such a message,
The R55 PDF's should explain it further and how to deal with this issue.
