Yes,

Under the VPN tab, highlight the IKE encryption scheme and edit it. Then
under the supported key exchange algorithm uncheck the box next to the
algorithms you do not want to support.

Is it principally possible to remove DES and HD 768 so that's no IKE
negotation with these parameters will be perform by the Firewall
(CP4.1sp6) ?
