We were experiencing the same problem.
Under Global Properties, in Smart Dashboard, Go to Remote Access.
There you will see an area that says Authentication Timeout. It is
probably set to Use default value. Change the radio button to
Validation timeout every nnn minutes. Change that to 1440 minutes (24
Hours). Save and re-install your policies and try again.
We are using SecureClient, so should work the same on SecuRemote.
