[FW-1] HA and udp packet 8116

Hi,
I have a problem with NG appliance R55  in how much although it has disable
'
cluster mebership' on cpconfig and also the service with ' cphastop', I find
of
packages UDP with source and destination port 8116 and with 78 kb dimension.

Someone knows  as I can interrupt these packages ?
