Hi,
I have a SmartCenter Server in Solaris 2.8 with Check Point NG AI R55 HFA_04
installed. When I try to install security policy on VPN-1 Edge device I can see
the
following error message at Audit section in SmartView Tracker:
Error-30011: Policy Error: Policy installation failed.
Communication between SmartCenter and VPN-1 is correct and the device
indentifies the services correctly but no policy from SmartCenter can be
installed.
I have followed all the Check Point instructions for these devices but the
problem
can not be solved. I think that some configuration files on SmartCenter should
be
wrong.
Could you please help me with this strange problem?? Which configuration files
should be checked??
