Hi Jose,
A few things to try:
1. On your SmartCenter Server, run the "LSMEnabler on" command. This
enables Profile-based management.
2. In the object properties of the Edge box (not the profile), make
sure the MAC address matches the one printed on the bottom of the Edge
box.
3. Check your rulesets and verify that SWTP_SMS is allowed from the
Edge to the SmartCenter Server.
