Assuming you are using Simplified mode, you have to edit the VPN
community to make this change. Under the VPN Properties tab, you tell
the community what Encryption method you want to use for phase I and
phase II negotiations. If you are using traditional mode, you have to
edit the Encrypt property in the rule base - there you will be able to
define the Encryption method.
