Also note that you may also need to push the policy before your remote
will be able to use the GUI client. You will obviously need to do this
on the management server itself initially.

Did you declare your gui IP address to the management ??
I can't remember if the default filter blocks all access, so you can try
on the win2k enforcement + management the following command : fw
unloadlocal (or fw unload localhost).

This will unload the default filter if installed.

Try to connect to your enforcement afterwards.
