I know you have to enable (change to true) the "enable_propfind_method"
property to get
Outlook Web access working, have you tried this yet?
Its under Global Properties, SmartDashboard Customization, Advanced
Configuration, Web
Security.

Regardless of SmartDefense, never rely on just SmartView Tracker (heh, love the
name game).
It will only tell you what the firewall is doing. Always, always, always (very
few people
that I know get this) have a network sniffer ready for troubleshooting these
kinds of
problems. Tcpdump is excellent, fw monitor (Check Point's tool) is also very
useful. If
you're a windows guy there's windump, Ethereal, etc. You're issue is most
likely relate to
either NAT or routing, what platform are you on? Solaris, Nokia, etc?
