hi,
please check in the voyager if the new R55 packages are available and if
they are on.
if they are off -> turn them on.
just for your information: you don't need to turn the old software off, the
upgrade-tool does that for you.

were selected (ON). should we have to go back to voyager and make them
ON? Any idea?
