Hi,
I have an issue with SmartUpdate's "Get Checkpoint Gateway Data" on 2 of my
Nokia Gateways
Checking cprid verify's OK
but Fetching information from module fails (after a minute or so) with the
following errors :
Failed to get remote file(/opt/CPshared-R55p/tmp/test.log) as local
file(C:/SUroot/tmp/test.log_1652) from remote host. In progress... 11:51:23
Check remote file existence. In progress... 11:51:24
I have checked the filesystems on these Nokia's and cannot find the mentioned
"test.log" file
(in fact this file does not exist on any of my Nokia's that work with the "Get
Checkpoint Gateway Data" feature either!!)
The Management server (Windows2K) seems to have one in x:\Program
Files\CPShared\R55\tmp\ but that's
specific to Win2K & not IPSO.....
Is there something missing on these Nokia's or a way to fix the problem?
