That feature has been added in R55W. You'd have to deploy a R55W
enforcement point to do this. Be advised that R55W currently has its own
HFA track, which is not as frequently updated as the R55 track, so
there's a tradeoff here.

In R55W, the option is SmartDefense, Instant Messengers, MSN Messenger
over SIP, Block file transfer. Download the R55W GUI and run it in demo
mode to check it out.

And, yeah, if you do decide to go that way - use an R55 HFA-08-or-later
SmartCenter Server and install the R55W management add-on if you wish to
be able to still manage your R55-non-W enforcement points.
