IPSO 3.8 is compatible with "FW-1 NG AI R55-for-IPSO-3.8" only. That is
a special build, the generic "FW-1 NG AI R55" build will not work on
IPSO 3.8.
Go with 3.7.1-b013 and FP3 HFA-325 + ASN.1 HF instead, if you wish to
run FP3.
