Hi,
I'm investigating FloodGate and I have a question about the way it can
apply QoS policy to a service.
I understand that a QoS rule can be applied to a specific service like HTTP
or MSN.
In the section "Application Support" of the Check Point web site
(http://www.checkpoint.com/products/firewall-1/vpn-1_firewall-1_appsupport.html)
a list of services is published and it seems that QoS rules cannot work
with every services.
My question is:
Can I edit a QoS rule based on a custom service, i.e. a specific (non
standard) TCP for my internal home-developped applications?
Ex:
Source Dest Service Action
Any Any HTTP Weight=70
Any Any 3000 Weight=10
Any Any 4545 Weight=10
Any Any Any Weight=10
Thanks,
Nicolas
